SAFDA was formed in the 1990s as a way of formalizing ultimate in South Africa. SAFDA ensures the flying disc community grows in a sustainable, equitable manner. SAFDA endeavours to provide competitive National tournaments and allow representative teams to represent the country in World Tournaments.
